SmartLook™ combines a laser facelift with facial liposuction, giving you tighter, smoother, and firmer skin while also getting rid of the fat under the chin—once and for all. First, we use local anesthetic to numb the area, and then place a tiny tube (called a cannula) in the skin and gently move it back and forth. The laser technology allows us to be highly precise and target only the unwanted fat deposits, while tightening facial skin—which means there is less swelling and bruising than with traditional face lifts.

I have had a small amount of fat on my lower abdomen since about the age of 13.
